Great athletes are built in the summer! This is your athlete’s time to get stronger, faster, and more resilient.

Summer training helps athletes develop power, improve endurance, and reduce injury risk — setting them up for success when the season begins. With a focus on strength, speed, agility, and endurance, they'll return to the game sharper and more explosive than ever. Don’t just maintain — get ahead!

Choose from once or twice-weekly sessions, available in 4, 8, or 12-week packages. We have options to fit every athlete's schedule.

Programs

Athletic FUNdamentals (Ages 6-10)

Get moving, have fun, and build a strong athletic foundation! Athletic FUNdamentals is designed with our younger athletes in mind. Kids will develop essential athletic skills that translate to any sport through engaging games, drills, and movement.

Athletes will work on:

  • Balance & Coordination through obstacle courses and agility drills

  • Speed & Agility with fun sprint races and reaction games

  • Bodyweight Strength using jumping, crawling, and playful resistance movements

  • Flexibility & Mobility to move better and stay injury-free

Running Monday & Wednesday evenings from 5:00-6:30pm
from June 2 - August 20

athletic foundations (ages 11+)

Build strength, speed, and confidence in preparation for the season ahead! Designed for young athletes ages 11 and up, this program focuses on developing proper movement patterns, coordination, and overall athleticism in a fun and supportive environment.

Athletes will learn:

  • Fundamental Movement Skills including agility, balance, and coordination

  • Speed & Acceleration Mechanics for improved quickness

  • Core Strength & Stability to enhance performance and prevent injury

  • Bodyweight & Resistance Training to build a solid strength foundation

  • Introduction To Formal Strength Training with proper technique and safety

Running Monday & Wednesday evenings from 6:45-8:15pm
