Hockey PA Day Camp at Caledon Athletic Academy For Players & Goalies

Get ready for a high-intensity Hockey PA Day Camp on January 20th from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm! Led by expert trainers and coaches, this camp is taught at a Rep A-AAA level but is open to House League athletes eager to train harder, skate faster, and dominate the ice.

Athletes ages 7-14 will sharpen their skills with half of their day focused on endurance circuits, dryland training, and strength training, and the other half on the ice running drills and power skating. New for this camp, we are excited to offer specialized goalie training, available to only four participants. Goalies will work on goalie-specific skill sets and development, including reaction speed, positioning, and agility, through dryland and on-ice sessions with a highly skilled goalie coach.

Additionally, all players will benefit from our state-of-the-art treadmill training, designed to enhance skating technique and endurance.

Full hockey equipment is required for the on-ice portion. A full schedule and additional details will be sent out after registration. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to take your game to the next level!
